Mixed Berry Cobbler

Triple Berry Cobber
Berry filling:

4-5 c. assorted berries, such as blackberries, blueberries and raspberries
3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp MINUTE Tapioca (I generally add way more becuase i like it thicker)
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 c. water (if the berries are fresh and juicy then I don't the water)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Topping:
2 bags of graham crackers, smashed (sometimes I use more)
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. cinnamon

Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients for berry cobbler and set aside.
2. Mix together the topping ingredients. Place a little less than half of the topping in the bottom of a lightly greased baking dish. Firmly pack this down. Pour berry mixture over the made crust. Use remaining topping to cover the berries with.
3. Bake in a preheated oven, at 375 degrees for 26-32 min, or untill crust is golden brown and berries are boiling.
